Tomato and Egg Scramble
Fresh summer tomatoes scrambled with eggs, onion, and bacon — simple and perfect.
Ingredients
- 4.00 l arge tomatoes , diced
- 6.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 small onion , diced
- 2.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- salt and pepper
- fresh basil
Instructions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices and liquid reduces, about 5 minutes.

Whisk eggs and pour into the skillet.
