Sausage and Egg Biscuit Bake
A complete breakfast bake with biscuit topping over sausage and egg filling.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb bulk breakfast sausage
- 8.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- 1.00 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 12.00 l arge biscuits , baked
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.

Place baked biscuits in bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish, cutting to fit.

Top with sausage.

Whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour over sausage.

Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set.
