Sawdust Pie
A rich pecan and coconut custard pie served for a sweet Southern breakfast treat.
Ingredients
- 1.00 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1.50 cup sweetened coconut
- 1.50 cup pecans
- 1.50 cup granulated sugar
- 7.00 l arge egg whites unbeaten
- whipped cream

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine coconut, pecans, and sugar in a large bowl.
