Pecan Pie
A rich and gooey pecan pie with a buttery flaky crust.
Ingredients
- 1.00 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 3.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup light corn syrup
- 1.00 cup sugar
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1.50 cup pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

Spread pecan halves in unbaked pie crust.

Pour filling over pecans.

Bake 55-65 minutes until filling is set.

The center should jiggle slightly but not be liquid.
