  • 4.00 l arge sweet potatoes , peeled and cubed
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • 1.00 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 2.00 tbsp butter
  • 1.00 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.50 tsp ginger
  • salt and pepper
  • toasted pecans

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
