Keto Nashville Hot Chicken
Fiery Nashville hot chicken with a pork rind crust and that iconic cayenne butter sauce. All the heat none of the carbs.
Ingredients
- 4.00 chicken breasts
- 1.00 cup pork rind crumbs
- 1.00 cup almond flour
- 2.00 eggs beaten
- 1.00 cup hot sauce
- 1.00 cup butter melted
- 2.00 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1.00 tbsp brown sugar substitute
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.00 Dill pickle slices for serving
- 0.00 Avocado oil for frying
Instructions

Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.

Combine pork rind crumbs almond flour garlic powder and paprika in a shallow bowl.

Whisk eggs and hot sauce together in another bowl.

Dip chicken in egg mixture then press into pork rind mixture coating well.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet to 350F.

Fry chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Mix melted butter cayenne and brown sugar substitute together for the hot sauce.

Brush hot sauce generously over fried chicken.
