Ingredients

  • 4.00 chicken breasts
  • 1.00 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1.00 cup almond flour
  • 2.00 eggs beaten
  • 1.00 cup hot sauce
  • 1.00 cup butter melted
  • 2.00 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1.00 tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1.00 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.00 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.00 Dill pickle slices for serving
  • 0.00 Avocado oil for frying

Instructions

    Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.

    Combine pork rind crumbs almond flour garlic powder and paprika in a shallow bowl.

    Whisk eggs and hot sauce together in another bowl.

    Dip chicken in egg mixture then press into pork rind mixture coating well.

    Heat oil in a cast iron skillet to 350F.
