Ingredients

  • 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • 2.00 tbsp butter
  • 1.00 onion , finely diced
  • 2.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Sauté onion until softened, about 3 minutes.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add rice and stir to coat with butter, cooking 1-2 minutes.

    Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
