Ingredients

  • 1.00 lb smoked sausage , sliced
  • 2.00 cup collard greens
  • 1.00 cup an white beans , drained
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 6.00 cup chicken broth
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • cajun seasoning , salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown sausage in a large pot and remove.

    Sauté onion in drippings until softened.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add broth, tomatoes, and white beans.

    Return sausage to pot.

    Add collard greens.

    Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Simmer 30 minutes until greens are tender.
