Fried Pickle Sandwich
Crispy fried dill pickles on white bread with ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup dill pickle slices
- 0.50 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.50 cup cornmeal
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1.00 egg
- vegetable oil for frying
- 4.00 hamburger buns
- ranch dressing
- lettuce and tomato

Mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Dip pickle slices in beaten egg then dredge in flour mixture.

Fry in hot oil 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
