Sweet Potato Casserole
Mashed sweet potatoes topped with a pecan streusel and baked golden.
Ingredients
- 4.00 l arge sweet potatoes , cooked and mashed
- 0.50 cup butter
- 0.50 cup sugar
- 2.00 l arge eggs
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- topping: 1 cup brown sugar , 1/2 cup flour, 1/3 cup butter softened, 1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix mashed sweet potatoes with butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour into prepared dish.

Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and spread over sweet potatoes.
