  • 1.00 cup pecans
  • cream cheese frosting: 16 oz cream cheese , 1/2 cup butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease three 9-inch round pans.

    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

    Stir in eggs and oil until combined.

    Add vanilla, pineapple with juice, bananas, and pecans.

    Stir until just combined.

    Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
