Sweet Cream Biscuits
Rich biscuits made with heavy cream instead of buttermilk — tender and flaky.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp sugar
- 1.25 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Pour in cream and stir until dough just comes together.

Turn onto floured surface and knead gently 2-3 times.

Pat to 3/4 inch thickness and cut into rounds.

Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
