  • 1.00 l oaf thick- brioche or texas toast
  • 4.00 l arge eggs
  • 1.00 cup whole milk
  • 2.00 tbsp sugar
  • 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.00 tsp cinnamon
  • 4.00 tbsp butter
  • 3.00 fresh peaches , peeled and sliced
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2.00 tbsp butter for peaches
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

    Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.

    Dip bread slices in egg mixture, letting soak 30 seconds per side.

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
