Southern Egg Salad Sandwich
Creamy egg salad made with Duke's mayo and yellow mustard on white bread.
Ingredients
- 8.00 l arge eggs , hard boiled
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 1.00 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2.00 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2.00 stalks celery , finely diced
- salt and pepper
- 8.00 slice bread
- lettuce leaves

Peel and chop hard boiled eggs.
