Ingredients

  • 1.00 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.50 tsp salt
  • 6.00 tbsp cold butter
  • 0.67 cup heavy cream
  • 2.00 cup fresh strawberries , sliced
  • 3.00 tbsp sugar for berries
  • 1.00 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2.00 tbsp powdered sugar for whipped cream

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Mix flour, 2 tbsp sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

    Add cream and stir until just combined.

    Pat dough to 3/4 inch and cut into rounds.

    Bake 12-14 minutes until golden.

    Meanwhile mix strawberries with 3 tbsp sugar and let macerate 30 minutes.
