Ingredients

  • 6.00 cup fresh peaches , peeled and sliced
  • 1.00 cup sugar for peaches
  • 0.50 tsp cinnamon
  • batter: 1 cup all-purpose flour , 1 cup sugar, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp baking powder, pinch of salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Toss peaches with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.

    Let sit while making batter.

    Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.

    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Stir in milk until smooth.

    Pour batter over butter — do not stir.

    Spoon peaches and their juices over batter.
