Livermush and Eggs
Sliced livermush pan-fried crispy and served alongside fried eggs — a Carolina staple.
Ingredients
- 8.00 oz livermush , sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry livermush slices 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and browned.

Remove and set aside.

In same skillet fry eggs to desired doneness.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve eggs alongside crispy livermush with biscuits or toast.
