Ingredients

  • 2.00 lb large shrimp , peeled
  • 4.00 slice bacon , chopped
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 4.00 medium potatoes , diced
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 3.00 cup chicken broth
  • cajun seasoning , salt, and pepper
  • green onions

Instructions

    Cook bacon until crispy, remove and set aside.

    Sauté onion and bell pepper in bacon drippings.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add potatoes and broth and bring to a boil.

    Cook 15 minutes until potatoes are almost tender.

    Add tomatoes and season with Cajun seasoning.

    Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes until pink.

    Garnish with green onions and crumbled bacon.
