Beef Tips and Rice
Tender beef tips slow cooked in a rich brown gravy served over white rice.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb beef stew tips
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 2.00 cup beef broth
- 1.00 cup red wine
- 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
- salt , pepper, and Worcestershire sauce
- cooked white rice
- fresh parsley
Instructions

Season beef with salt and pepper.

Brown in batches in a hot pot.

Remove and set aside.

Sauté onion until softened.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Return beef to pot.

Add broth, wine, soup, and Worcestershire.

Bring to a boil then simmer covered 1 1/2 hours until beef is very tender.

Adjust seasoning.

Serve over white rice garnished with parsley.
