Ingredients

  • 2.00 lb fresh spinach
  • 3.00 tbsp butter
  • 1.00 small onion , finely diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.50 cup whole milk
  • 0.50 cup heavy cream
  • salt , pepper, and nutmeg to taste

Instructions

    Wilt spinach in a large pot with a little water.

    Drain very well, squeezing out all moisture.

    Chop roughly.

    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
