Southern Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin marinated in buttermilk and pan-seared then oven finished.
Ingredients
- 2.00 pork tenderloins
- 2.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp paprika
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 1.00 tsp black pepper
- 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.00 cup chicken broth
- 2.00 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2.00 tbsp honey

Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat tenderloins with rub.

Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet.

Sear tenderloins 2 minutes per side until browned.

Mix broth, mustard, and honey and pour around tenderloins.

Transfer skillet to oven at 400°F.

Roast 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Rest 5 minutes then slice.
