Southern Quiche
A rich egg and cheese quiche with country ham in a flaky pie crust.
Ingredients
- 1.00 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1.00 cup cooked ham
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.50 cup onion
- 0.50 cup green bell pepper
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup heavy cream
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- salt , pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Scatter ham, cheese, onion, and bell pepper in the pie crust.

Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour egg mixture over fillings.

Bake 35-40 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.

Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
