Ingredients

  • 3.00 lb pork shoulder roast
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , sliced
  • 1.00 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.00 tsp salt
  • 1.00 tsp black pepper
  • 1.00 tsp paprika
  • 1.00 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.00 onion , sliced
  • 2.00 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. 1

    Make small slits in pork roast and insert garlic slices.

    Mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

    Rub all over roast.

  4. 4

    Place onion slices in bottom of roasting pan.

    Set roast on top.

    Pour broth around roast.

    Cover tightly and roast at 325°F for 3-4 hours until very tender.

    Baste occasionally.

    Rest 15 minutes before slicing or shredding.
