Southern Baked Meatloaf
Classic meatloaf made with ground beef, pork, and a tangy glaze.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb ground beef
- 1.00 cup crushed crackers
- 2.00 eggs
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- 1.00 packet onion soup mix
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 1.00 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup , 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix beef, crackers, eggs, milk, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire together.

Shape into a loaf in a baking pan.

Mix glaze and spread half over loaf.

Bake 45 minutes.

Spread remaining glaze over top.

Bake 20 more minutes until cooked through.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
