Ingredients

  • 8.00 cup day-old white bread , cubed
  • 4.00 l arge eggs
  • 2.00 cup whole milk
  • 1.00 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2.00 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.00 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.50 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.50 cup raisins

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    Spread bread cubes in prepared dish.

    Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
