Fried Zucchini
Sliced zucchini coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and pan fried.
Ingredients
- 3.00 medium zucchini , sliced into rounds
- 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 cup cornmeal
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 eggs
- vegetable oil for frying
- marinara sauce
Instructions

Mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dip zucchini rounds in beaten egg then dredge in flour mixture.

Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 375°F.

Fry zucchini in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
