Barbecue Brisket Sandwich
Slow-smoked beef brisket piled on a bun with pickles and onions.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb beef brisket
- 1.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tbsp paprika
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
- 1.00 cup barbecue sauce
- hamburger buns
- pickles and onions
Instructions

Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a rub.

Coat brisket all over.

Place in slow cooker and pour barbecue sauce over.

Cook on low 8-10 hours until very tender.

Slice or shred brisket.

Serve on buns with pickles and onions.
