Ingredients

  • 4.00 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 3.00 tbsp butter
  • 0.50 cup heavy cream
  • 0.50 cup whole milk
  • 2.00 tbsp sugar
  • 2.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.

    Add corn and cook 3-4 minutes.

    Mix flour with a little of the cream to make a smooth paste.
