  • 2.00 bunches mustard greens , cleaned and chopped
  • 1.00 ham hock or 4 strips bacon
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • 1.00 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt , pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

    Cook ham hock or bacon in a large pot.

    Add onion and cook until softened.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add mustard greens and broth.

    Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
