Fried Peaches
Fresh peaches pan fried in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 4.00 ripe peaches halved and pitted
- 4.00 tbsp butter
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add peach halves cut side down.

Cook 3-4 minutes until golden and caramelized.

Flip and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Cook 2-3 more minutes until peaches are tender and caramelized all over.

Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream with pan juices drizzled over top.
