Sorghum Glazed Bacon
Thick-cut bacon glazed with sorghum syrup and baked until caramelized.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb thick cut bacon
- 3.00 tbsp sorghum syrup
- 1.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.50 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Arrange bacon strips on the rack.

Mix sorghum syrup and brown sugar together.

Brush half the glaze over bacon.

Sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake 15 minutes.

Flip bacon, brush with remaining glaze.

Bake another 10-15 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
