Smothered Pork Chop Sandwich
Tender smothered pork chops with onion gravy on thick white bread.
Ingredients
- 4.00 thin pork chops
- 0.50 cup all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper
- 3.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.00 onion , sliced
- 2.00 cup chicken broth
- 4.00 hamburger buns
Instructions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

Brown in hot oil 3 minutes per side and remove.

Sauté sliced onion in same pan until caramelized.

Return pork chops to pan.

Pour in broth, bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook 30 minutes until pork is tender and gravy has thickened.
