Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Pork shoulder slow cooked all day with spices until perfectly pullable.
Ingredients
- 4.00 lb pork shoulder
- 2.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tbsp paprika
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp onion powder
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 1.00 tsp black pepper
- 1.00 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1.00 cup chicken broth
- 2.00 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions

Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub all over pork shoulder.

Place in slow cooker.

Mix vinegar and broth and pour around pork.

Cook on low 8-10 hours until very tender.

Remove pork and shred with two forks.

Mix shredded pork with cooking juices and barbecue sauce.

Serve on buns with coleslaw.
