Breakfast Pimento Cheese Biscuits
Flaky biscuits loaded with sharp pimento cheese baked right in.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 1.00 cup pimento cheese
- 0.50 cup buttermilk

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne.

Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Add pimento cheese and buttermilk and stir until just combined.

Turn onto floured surface and pat to 3/4 inch thick.

Cut into rounds and place on baking sheet.

Bake 12-14 minutes until golden.
