Sausage Pinwheels
Flaky biscuit dough rolled with seasoned sausage and baked until golden.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 0.67 cup buttermilk
- 1.00 lb bulk breakfast sausage
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Make biscuit dough by cutting butter into flour mixture and adding buttermilk.

Roll dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

Spread raw sausage evenly over dough.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Roll up tightly from the long side.
