Simple white gravy made with pan drippings and whole milk over fresh biscuits.
Ingredients
- 3.00 tbsp bacon drippings or butter
- 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- salt and black pepper

Melt bacon drippings or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
