Country Scrambled Eggs
Fluffy scrambled eggs cooked low and slow in butter with fresh chives.
Ingredients

- 0.25 cup whole milk or cream
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 tbsp fresh chives , chopped

Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or cream, salt, and pepper.

Whisk until fully combined.

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.

Pour in egg mixture.

Using a spatula, gently stir and fold eggs slowly as they cook.
