Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies with a fork crosshatch pattern.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1.00 cup sugar
- 1.00 l arge egg
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.00 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt together until well combined.

Roll into 1-inch balls.

Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Press down with a fork to make a crosshatch pattern.

Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are just golden.

Do not overbake — they will seem underdone but will firm up as they cool.
