Country Ham and Biscuit Soup
A creamy soup inspired by country ham biscuits with chunks of both.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup country ham
- 4.00 l arge biscuits , crumbled
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 4.00 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 cup heavy cream
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.

Sauté onion until softened.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Add ham and cook 2 minutes.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream.
