Homemade Sausage Patties
Seasoned fresh pork sausage patties with sage, black pepper, and a hint of red pepper.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb ground pork
- 1.00 tsp sage
- 1.00 tsp thyme
- 0.50 tsp garlic powder
- 0.50 tsp onion powder
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.25 tsp brown sugar
Instructions

Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.

Add seasoning mixture to ground pork and mix thoroughly with your hands.

Form into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through to 160°F internal temperature.

Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
