Hash Brown Casserole
Crispy hash browns baked with cream of mushroom, sour cream and cheddar.
Ingredients
- 1.00 bag frozen hash browns
- 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
- 1.00 cup sour cream
- 0.50 cup butter
- 1.00 small onion , diced
- 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1.00 cup crushed cornflakes mixed with 2 tbsp butter for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, and 1 1/2 cups cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread in a greased 9x13 dish.

Top with remaining cheese and cornflake topping.

Bake 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
