  • 1.00 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
  • 1.00 cup sour cream
  • 0.50 cup butter
  • 1.00 small onion , diced
  • 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1.00 cup crushed cornflakes mixed with 2 tbsp butter for topping

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, and 1 1/2 cups cheese.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread in a greased 9x13 dish.
