Ingredients

  • 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
  • 4.00 strips bacon , chopped
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 2.00 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a heavy pot until crispy.

    Remove bacon and set aside.

    Sauté onion and bell pepper in bacon drippings.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add rice and stir to coat.

    Add tomatoes and broth.

    Reduce heat, cover, and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
