Pan-fried livermush on white bread with mustard — a Carolina lunchbox staple.
Ingredients
- 8.00 oz livermush , sliced
- 4.00 slice white bread
- 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- yellow mustard and hot sauce

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry livermush slices 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and browned.

Toast bread if desired.
