Ingredients

  • 2.00 cup ans navy beans , drained
  • 0.50 lb bacon , chopped
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 0.50 cup molasses
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2.00 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.00 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1.00 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Cook bacon in a skillet until partially cooked.

    Add onion and cook until softened.

    Combine beans, bacon mixture, molasses, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire in a baking dish.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cover and bake 2 hours.

    Uncover and bake 30 more minutes until sauce is thick and caramelized.

    Serve hot.
