  • 0.50 lb andouille sausage , diced
  • 6.00 l arge eggs
  • 0.25 cup onion
  • 0.25 cup green bell pepper
  • 1.00 cup love garlic , minced
  • 2.00 tbsp butter
  • salt , pepper, and Cajun seasoning to taste
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

    Brown andouille sausage until caramelized, about 4 minutes.
