Pork Chop Casserole
Pork chops baked with rice, cream of mushroom, and onion soup mix.
Ingredients
- 4.00 bone-in pork chops
- 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
- 1.00 cup sour cream
- 1.00 packet onion soup mix
- 0.50 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- egg noodles , cooked for serving

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in oil.

Place in a baking dish.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, and broth.

Pour over chops.

Cover with foil.

Bake 45-50 minutes until very tender.
