  • 1.00 lb ground beef
  • 1.00 cup cooked white rice
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt , pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1.00 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.

    Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

    Drain fat.

    Stir in rice, tomatoes, and seasonings.
