Stuffed Bell Peppers
Bell peppers stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice, and tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 6.00 l arge bell peppers
- 1.00 lb ground beef
- 1.00 cup cooked white rice
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 1.00 cup an tomatoes
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
- salt , pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
- 1.00 cup tomato sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.

Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

Drain fat.

Stir in rice, tomatoes, and seasonings.

Fill peppers with meat mixture.

Place in a baking dish.

Pour tomato sauce over peppers.
