Pickled Jalapeños
Fresh jalapeños pickled with garlic and vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb fresh jalapeños , sliced into rings
- 2.00 cup white vinegar
- 1.00 cup water
- 2.00 tbsp sugar
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 3.00 cup loves garlic
Instructions

Pack jalapeño rings into sterilized jars with garlic.

Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil until sugar and salt dissolve.

Pour hot brine over jalapeños.

Cool then seal and refrigerate.

Wait at least 24 hours before eating.

Will keep refrigerated for several months.
