Ingredients

  • 1.00 lb fresh jalapeños , sliced into rings
  • 2.00 cup white vinegar
  • 1.00 cup water
  • 2.00 tbsp sugar
  • 1.00 tbsp salt
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic

Instructions

    Pack jalapeño rings into sterilized jars with garlic.

    Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil until sugar and salt dissolve.

    Pour hot brine over jalapeños.

    Cool then seal and refrigerate.
