Marinated Tomatoes
Fresh summer tomatoes marinated in herbs, garlic, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 4.00 l arge ripe tomatoes , sliced
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2.00 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 2.00 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
- 1.00 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Slice tomatoes thick and arrange on a platter.

Mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper together.

Pour over tomatoes.

Let marinate at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish with additional basil.
