Ingredients

  • 4.00 l arge beets
  • 1.00 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1.00 cup water
  • 0.50 cup sugar
  • 1.00 tsp salt
  • 4.00 whole cloves
  • 1.00 cup innamon stick

Instructions

    Boil whole beets in water until tender, about 45 minutes.

    Cool, peel, and slice.

    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, cloves, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
